Join us for activities throughout the day:
- Come and taste different foods and drinks at the resto, food trucks and during the Latin America Fair, with stands from embassies, different organisations, and VUB departments
- Take part in some Salsa/Zumba classes
- Check out the Tango demonstration
- And join the debate at the Academic Panel Discussion on various VUB research and education projects in Latin America
- The day will close with a reception until 8pm.

Salsa/Zumba session – free for all to join !
14:00-16:00
Latin America Fair with stands from embassies, cultural organisations, VUB departments: tasting sessions, goodies, info on culture, tourism, and more. Drop by the IRMO stand, pick up a ‘passport’, make your way around the fair and collect 6 stamps, and get your free gadget from the IRMO stand
16:00-17:30
“Building Bridges between Latin America and Europe Through Education and Scientific Cooperation”, an academic panel discussion with opening comments from VUB Rector, Prof Caroline Pauwels (please register below for this event)
17:30-20:00
Tango demonstration, networking, with food, drinks and music (please register below)
