In recent decades, interculturality has become a collective name for multifaceted and sometimes fiercely discussed issues that are all closely interwoven with social developments taking place worldwide. The 2019 edition of the Faculty of Arts’ Global Minds programme, ‘Digital Worlds: cultures and glocalization‘ is centered around three clusters: Digital Islam, Digital Activism and Glocal Access.

The event series Digital Worlds: cultures and glocalization is organized by the KU Leuven Faculty of Arts and funded as a Global Minds for Open Faculty Projects by the Interfaculty Council for Development Cooperation, with the support of KU Leuven Libraries.
